What it says on the tin! We are a bookshop that focuses on romance across different genres - if it has a love story, we’re in! We carry a range of genres including (but not limited to) contemporary, historical, fantasy, paranormal, LGBTQ+, and young adult.

Sorry, we are a card-only shop.

You will be charged immediately upon ordering, not when the book is ready to dispatch.

Each book will clearly state its publication date in the description of the listing. We aim to get the book to you as close to this date as possible.

Most of the time, we receive your book just before this date, ready to ship immediately. In some instances, we might receive it on or just after publication date. As soon as we receive it, we will pack it and post it off to you, or you’ll get an email saying that it is ready to collect.

Yes, as long as your item has not yet been shipped.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on our Blind Date books (unless there’s something wrong with your order, of course!). The nature of the product means you’re taking a chance that you might already own a copy.

However, if you’re worried you might already have a copy of this months Blind Date book and you still want to be involved, you can email us at hello@lovestoriesbookshop.co.uk and we can tell you the title.

If we have a vacancy, we’ll post about it on our Instagram! Otherwise, please don’t email us your CV when we do not have a vacancy advertised as we will not keep it on file.
